My Background

I grew up in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, and attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. After a solo backpacking trip across Europe following my college graduation, I couldn't deny an irresistible pull to live in Ireland. I then obtained a Working Holiday Visa, which lead me to volunteering in Mayo, Cavan, and Cork for ten months. Currently, I am finishing up a Master's degree at the University of Limerick in Journalism and Digital Communications, which will conclude at the end of August 2026.

I hold permission to work in Ireland Full Time under a Stamp 2 visa, and I will have Full Time work eligibility for the next two years under a Stamp 1G visa through the Third Level Graduate Programme.
